Ubud Writers & Readers Festival

Southeast Asia’s leading festival of words and ideas was born as a healing project following the first tragic bombing in Bali. It has grown to encompass readers and writers from the region and beyond who engage in spirited cross-cultural sharing and inspiration. Ubud is described as the cultural heart of Bali and the Festival is an exemplar of the spirit of the mountain area.
